To exchange or return an item simply return the product to Zuiver Craft Concept Store at Puchong along with proof of purchase (Your tax invoice or purchase receipt). We'll then assess your items and once approved allow the exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Zuivercraft.com.my is unable to accept orders for products that are out of stock. If you wish to purchase an item that is currently out of stock, you may click on the "Send Us a message" on the Contact Us page. Then enter your Name, email, Mobile Number, and Item name and we will notify you as soon as the item returns to our warehouse. Because items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, this notification does not guarantee availability or price. We always strive to accurately maintain our inventory, and to get products back in stock as quickly as possible for our customers.
