To exchange or return an item simply return the product to Zuiver Craft Concept Store at Bandar Sunway along with proof of purchase (Your tax invoice or purchase receipt). We’ll then assess your items and once approved allow the exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale. If you wish to purchase an item that is currently out of stock, you may contact us at email@example.com to inform us about which product you wish to purchase. Please make sure you send us the item name, color code or product code and we will notify you as soon as the item returns to our warehouse. Because items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, this notification does not guarantee availability or price.
